Soft Kung-Fu

 
Soft Kung-Fu is a gym maintenance derived from the martial art. It is recommended for those desiring to begin or resume work smoothly. It is a sport without competition, you can do it without extreme moves (acrobatics, jumps).
Soft Kung Fu can be good for you, both physically and mentally. You will get:

Warm-up:

  • Applications for fighting;
