The 3 basic principles:
Blocking, Kicks, Punches.


The fighting is part of our martial art. We work on:
  • self-defense;
  • animal self-defense;
  • fight with punches and kicks;
  • throws;
  • dodge;
  • blockages;
  • reflexes;
  • fight with weapons;
  • animal boxe style.

All these techniques are not used independently, but in combination to give a style. This style is Mansuria Kung-Fu.

All body parts are used to cope with a maximum of dangerous situations:
  • head;
  • shoulders;
  • elbows;
  • forearms;
  • hands and fingers;
  • hips;
  • knees;
  • shins;
  • feet.

Fists and feet are the body parts that are the most used in Mansuria Kung-Fu. Among all the natural weapons (body), they are the fastest, strongest and provide a wide range of possibilities.

Different types of materials are used:
  • paos;
  • punching bags;
  • rope;
  • dumbbells;
  • tire;
  • racket;
  • wooden dummy;
  • wood poles.

The diversity of techniques is a kind of "toolbox" available to a fight, in which he can "take what you want" to adapt to the circumstances of the combat. This diversity of techniques is an asset, but to be a fighter, you have to work very hard ! Moreover, it takes years of practice and hard work to qualify to become a good fighter. Meaning that it is not because all these techniques are in our style that everything is acquired:
